Mark Chern

Born in Riga, Latvia in Eastern Europe and immigrated with his family to Chicago in 1997. Speaks Russian, Spanish, and English. Studied Finance and International Business at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where he also played tennis, was a brother in the business fraternity AKPsi, and was a Resident Assistant for 2 years, while also teaching tennis between seasons. Enjoys tennis, building cars, traveling abroad, and sampling eclectic foods.

Leonora Dedvukaj

Leonora is a Summa Cum Laude graduate of Wayne State University. She leads our Human Resources team and since joining our company in 2018 has grown the Michigan office 300%, while opening a second location within a year. She currently also trains a top performing recruiting team and oversees the growth of the company nationwide. She is passionate about training and developing others, while helping provide opportunity to our team. 

In her free time, she loves to travel, spend time with her wonderful family, and walk her sweet yet sassy fur baby Bella.

Juana is a valued energetic leader on our team. She has been a top performer and helping us train and develop incoming staff. She enjoys her free time by being a mom to her 11 year old Alexis, working out, and socializing with friends and family in her awesome backyard.
